In accordance with Resolution 1104 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and in compliance with the requirments of the law, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has decided to reorganize the State Enterprise `INFOTECH` by transforming it into the Limited Liability Company `INFOTECH MIA`.
The reorganization is being carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine `On the Specifics of Regulating the Activities of Legal Entities of Certain Organizational and Legal Forms During the Transition Period and Mergers of Legal Entities` and Order 139 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 12 2026, which established a commission for the transforamtion.
For the duration of reorganization, management of the Company`s affairs has been entrusted to the Reorganization Commision. Maksym Oleksandrovych Khimchenko has been appointed Chair of the Commision and in accordance the law represented the Companyin its dealings with third parties.
Please note that the reorganization does not entail the cessation of business operations. SE INFOTECH continues to perform its assigned functions and fulfill all contractual obligations to partners and counterparties in full.
The reorganiztion will take the form of a conversion involving legal succession. The limited liability company `INFOTECH MIA` will be the full legal successor to the property rights and obligations othe SE INFOTECH, including all contracts, obligations and legal relationships.
